Membership is divided into two (2) categories: active members and honorary members.

Active members include but are not limited to the following individuals: legal professionals, financial professionals, mental health professionals, court employees, and any other board approved professionals, foundations, or agencies pertaining to family welfare that pay annual dues.

Honorary members include but are not limited to following individuals: state judges, magistrates, court employees whose dues are exempt.
